Low temperature superconducting vertical testing Dewar
Containers used to maintain low temperature are divided into two types: liquid immersion type and conduction cooling type. In the low-temperature industry, the former is called a dewar, while the latter is called a non refrigerant thermostat.
The company provides various low-temperature thermostats, dewars, and related devices. A low-temperature thermostat is a type of container used to maintain low temperature. It is divided into two types: liquid immersion type and conduction cooling type. In the low-temperature industry, the former is called a dewar, while the latter is called a non refrigerant thermostat.
Low temperature thermostats can be manufactured using non magnetic materials, using vacuum, ultra insulating materials, and copper/aluminum cold screens as a means of reducing low-temperature heat leakage. During the manufacturing process, all welds are checked for leakage using a helium mass spectrometer, and the interlayer vacuum is maintained for a period longer than the previous year. The thermostat is tested by cold and hot Temperature cycling, withstand voltage and vacuum before leaving the factory to meet the internal quality control standards of our company.
Low temperature thermostats are usually equipped with reliable vacuum blocking valves, safety relief valves, and thermocouple type vacuum gauges to monitor the vacuum degree of the interlayer along with the device. Customized interfaces and lifting forms such as assembly flanges and lifting lugs can also be provided according to customer requirements.
Liquid helium thermostat - Dewar
The company can provide various configurations of liquid helium dewars. In order to greatly save liquid helium, users can choose to use a cold screen cooled by liquid nitrogen or a cold screen cooled by evaporative helium. The liquid nitrogen cold screen can provide a stable cold screen temperature, low liquid helium consumption, and a smaller Dewar temperature stabilization time. The evaporative helium cooling screen uses helium evaporated from a thermostat to cool the screen, which can reduce liquid helium loss and eliminate potential vibration caused by the liquid nitrogen cooling screen.
Open liquid helium dewar
The open liquid helium dewar has a simpler process and higher cost-effectiveness than our previous generation of products. The superconducting magnet and its supporting components are installed as a whole on the flange at the top of the Dewar.
